I just got a call from this number (204) 482-4191 as well and did not leave a message.I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY as well.

Received a call today from (204) 482-4191 asking for information from my computer as Microsoft was no longer updating computers... huh?  Don't think so!

I got a call from this number a few minutes ago - 8:30 am.  "Peter Parker" informed me he was calling on behalf of Visa and we had won a trip.  Neither my husband or myself has a current Visa card....

These alls stared today and I've already gotten 5 of them.  There is no answer when you pick up, just dead air and when you try calling the number back, it's busy.
