Got a call from (204) 480-9170 - they were trying to offer me a lower interest rate on my existing card. In their sales pitch they quoted the wrong prime rate in Canada, and said that they have a business agreement with my bank despite having my old address. With my scam alarm going off, I hung up. Will be reporting this.

Got a call from this number. The caller's voice was hallow and scary. He was mumbling and speaking another language that I couldn't understand. I dialed *57 to trace the call. It's a very disturbing call. This should be stopped.
