Call approx 3 times a day and doesn't leave a message so if confirming an appointment they would leave a message but they don't so I think.its a scam

Its for sure from Victoria hospital, Winnipeg MB. - a patient line. I received a call today - and a weird voicemail -  but I knew I recognized the number somehow. Then I  remembered I had a friend in the hospital last year and that is the number from that room. The rooms are shared by a few patients. Obviously just a patient calling a wrong number.

This is the Victoria General Hospital calling to confirm an appointment. Today is the 26th or March, 2013.  As of this date, the number is not spam.  I do have an appointment at the Victoria General Hospital on the date that they called to confirm.
