a company that pretends to be  "your" credit card company - a bogus credit card - scam - calling from Manitoba, etc.

basically goes like that '' this is important message, we have been trying to contact you several times, you owe us money, need to speak to representative, press one"

i did - asked few times for company name - he said something quietly few times, i said plainly that my number is protected under the "do not call list" please remove me from your mailing list.

if they call again - will report them

Yeah, right.  My credit-card company has _never_ done a "review".

It is a scammer falsifying their caller-ID information, to seem like they are calling from Manitoba.

I keep getting this number calling me when I answer no one answers
