This # has called me 3 times in the last 3 hours. There is no one on the line when I answer, who is this?

I got a call from them claiming to be Rogers, offering a bundling promotion for TV, home phone, and Internet.  I told them I didn't believe they were from Rogers, but the person did not understand me.  I told them I was not interested in home phone and they gave up (said 'okay, bye').

I keep getting phone calls from Bell telemarketing. From Fiber TV to Crave TV., Even selling me combo packages. They just keep changing phone numbers. Most caller have an South-East Asia accent same as those caller from air duct cleaning. Well, I think it must be the same oversea call center.
