The number will not stop calling its a fax number and it's driving me crazy

I got a call from this number tonight and stuoidly answered it.  (I was expecting a call and didn't look close)It was Pep-Boys, asking me to rate my recent servive experience.  I did have recent tire service with them, so I believe it is them.  I hung right up of course and will never answer again.

after saying hello several times finally someone on the other end said they are calling on behalf of BELL & SOLO I asked why and then they hang up.They dont speak english very well

I have been getting calls from this number all week. I answered because it was a local number to me
When they asked for me and pronounced my last name incorrectly I told them she wasn't home and could I take a message. They never said another word and hung up.

Called and when I answered, no one was there so I hung up. I called the number back and a recording said the number was no longer in service. I am on the do not call list. Why am I getting these calls?

Recieved a call around 12:30pm, male with thick East Indian accent stating he was from MicroSoft. Apparently my computer was showing I had viruses and he could tell this at his end. I heard about the scam so I played along with him for abit. He continued to ask me questions about my computer, directing me to perform certain tasks. I finally stopped listening to him and hung up. The male call back twice, finally leaving a message that "I will be sorry".
