Yep just got another call from them.  When I call back it's a woman's voice from excellerated savings or something like that.  Thank goodness for call display.

Scammers trying to steal credit card info.They claim to be able to lower your rates - usual BS. Very persistant.

I called them back and it went to voice mail. She claims to be from Excellerated Savings, whatever that is
