I gave him last week 10000 flyers to distribute in Ajax, with $700 cheque. He cleared the cheque and now I am trying to call him buy he is not answering. I want to make complaint about him, please advise from where I start.

Hi!I have also been scammed by this company, I gave Andrew 500$ and my flyers have never gotten sent out. I haven't hard from him since. Has anyone started any court procedures or contacted the police? Too bad I saw these posts now, and not before I met this man... :(

The company was cited by the CRTC (http://www.crtc.gc.ca/eng/dncl/dncla.htm) on 20100809 for violations of the Unsolicited Telecommunications Rules; yet the staff are still sending faxes.

I have filed a complaint with CRTC, they gave me an identification number to write on top of the page and fax it to them, they will take it from there. PLEASE, lets ALL of us do this!

Hello everyone...I am one of victim of above scam ..He took 5000 flyer and cheque since then I didn't get any update from these guys...His name was same Andrei. and he is not picking up the phone after he made a deal with me. By the way they are still using the same Phone in their advertisement which is (905) 918-0280..Please contact me if anyone need some help to take these guys to court. Received another fax (4th one)from these people. I called their removal number today (4th time) and it tells me..."I have been removed"!CRTC here I come!

I just faxed back 100 copies of their own advertisement to their fax number.What a bunch of turds!!
