I gave him last week 10000 flyers to distribute in Ajax, with $700 cheque. He cleared the cheque and now I am trying to call him buy he is not answering. I want to make complaint about him, please advise from where I start.

Normally I do my research before using these small companies but because i was in a rush to get my flyers deilvered before the deadline of July 31, 2012, I took a chance with these guys. This guy called Andrei Bondarenco came and collected my 7000 flyers and collect a cheque (which he was able to cash the same day) -  but never delivered any of the flyers.I am about to call the RCMP, report him to BBB(which seems to be useless) and also take them to court.  I know that he banks with Toronto Dominion Bank at 2453 Yonge Street. I would like to connect with all the guys on here who have been scammed by this  company and are planning to sue. This is a company called Direct Flyer Distribution. They will innundate you with faxes and when you call the number on the bottom of the fax to have your number removed as per the law, it is ALWAYS busy 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Received another fax (4th one)from these people. I called their removal number today (4th time) and it tells me..."I have been removed"!

They did the same thing with my company!! They came in and picked up 3,000 flyers and a chq! We never received one single phone call from anyone!! The company is a scam because when we distribute through Canada Post we always get at least a 4% call back!!! They are scam artists!!!!!!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH  MAKEMEBUSY.COM
