I gave him last week 10000 flyers to distribute in Ajax, with $700 cheque. He cleared the cheque and now I am trying to call him buy he is not answering. I want to make complaint about him, please advise from where I start.

Received another fax (4th one)from these people. I called their removal number today (4th time) and it tells me..."I have been removed"!CRTC here I come!

Hello everyone...I am one of victim of above scam ..He took 5000 flyer and cheque since then I didn't get any update from these guys...His name was same Andrei. and he is not picking up the phone after he made a deal with me. By the way they are still using the same Phone in their advertisement which is (905) 918-0280..Please contact me if anyone need some help to take these guys to court. Hi!I have also been scammed by this company, I gave Andrew 500$ and my flyers have never gotten sent out. I haven't hard from him since. Has anyone started any court procedures or contacted the police? Too bad I saw these posts now, and not before I met this man... :(

Unsolicited fax of bad quality, advertising flyer services

If you are fool enough to do business with this company they will take your money to deliver your flyers and then not do anything with them.

Bell Canada, owner of the trade-mark BELL & DESIGN has not allowed the displaying of this trade-mark on the Flyer delivery that is faxed. ?It has to be deleted.
