I gave him last week 10000 flyers to distribute in Ajax, with $700 cheque. He cleared the cheque and now I am trying to call him buy he is not answering. I want to make complaint about him, please advise from where I start.

The company was cited by the CRTC (http://www.crtc.gc.ca/eng/dncl/dncla.htm) on 20100809 for violations of the Unsolicited Telecommunications Rules; yet the staff are still sending faxes.

Hi!I have also been scammed by this company, I gave Andrew 500$ and my flyers have never gotten sent out. I haven't hard from him since. Has anyone started any court procedures or contacted the police? Too bad I saw these posts now, and not before I met this man... :(

The company has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau because of all the complaints.

I am filing a 2nd complaint with the CRTC on these idiots today.  I have used their FAX number removal at least 3 times over the past few months which I guess they simply ignore.  I have been on the DO NOT CALL LIST now for over 30 days, so this complaint and the last one I filed should each cost them $1,500.  If everyone would do this, we could put them out of business.  It's time the law had some teeth in it!

If you are fool enough to do business with this company they will take your money to deliver your flyers and then not do anything with them.
