I gave him last week 10000 flyers to distribute in Ajax, with $700 cheque. He cleared the cheque and now I am trying to call him buy he is not answering. I want to make complaint about him, please advise from where I start.

Hi!I have also been scammed by this company, I gave Andrew 500$ and my flyers have never gotten sent out. I haven't hard from him since. Has anyone started any court procedures or contacted the police? Too bad I saw these posts now, and not before I met this man... :(

I have recd faxes advertising movers, window installers, and flyers distributors. The fax showing the number (905) 918-0280 was from the flyer distributor. All the faxes came in during the early evening. I now turn off my fax at 5pm and turn it back on at 8am next morning. I haven't recd one since! I also plan on talking to Bell Canada and the CRTC about this.

Normally I do my research before using these small companies but because i was in a rush to get my flyers deilvered before the deadline of July 31, 2012, I took a chance with these guys. This guy called Andrei Bondarenco came and collected my 7000 flyers and collect a cheque (which he was able to cash the same day) - ?but never delivered any of the flyers.I am about to call the RCMP, report him to BBB(which seems to be useless) and also take them to court.  I know that he banks with Toronto Dominion Bank at 2453 Yonge Street. I would like to connect with all the guys on here who have been scammed by this  company and are planning to sue. I am filing a 2nd complaint with the CRTC on these idiots today.  I have used their FAX number removal at least 3 times over the past few months which I guess they simply ignore.  I have been on the DO NOT CALL LIST now for over 30 days, so this complaint and the last one I filed should each cost them $1,500.  If everyone would do this, we could put them out of business.  It's time the law had some teeth in it!

Bell Canada, owner of the trade-mark BELL & DESIGN has not allowed the displaying of this trade-mark on the Flyer delivery that is faxed. ?It has to be deleted.
