I gave him last week 10000 flyers to distribute in Ajax, with $700 cheque. He cleared the cheque and now I am trying to call him buy he is not answering. I want to make complaint about him, please advise from where I start.

Do what I do, I call at night, then when the phone beeps to leave a message, put the phone down and let it have silence. I do this over and over till their machine fills up. Just make sure your number is blocked or use a pay phone. This way, no legitimate calls can go through.

Hi!I have also been scammed by this company, I gave Andrew 500$ and my flyers have never gotten sent out. I haven't hard from him since. Has anyone started any court procedures or contacted the police? Too bad I saw these posts now, and not before I met this man... :(

Normally I do my research before using these small companies but because i was in a rush to get my flyers deilvered before the deadline of July 31, 2012, I took a chance with these guys. This guy called Andrei Bondarenco came and collected my 7000 flyers and collect a cheque (which he was able to cash the same day) -  but never delivered any of the flyers.I am about to call the RCMP, report him to BBB(which seems to be useless) and also take them to court.  I know that he banks with Toronto Dominion Bank at 2453 Yonge Street. I would like to connect with all the guys on here who have been scammed by this  company and are planning to sue. This is a scam, fraudulent company. I hired them at makemebusy.com to deliver about 5000 flyers for my business. They took my money and we never heard from them again. Owner is Andrei Bondarenco, a real scam artist. Upon further investigation I have discoverd that they have been operating this scam for years. The address, telephone number, and company name keeps changing...but Andrei is always the owner. I have contacted the police, lodged complaints to BBB, and plan on taking him to court. This guy must be stopped

Same as above - I keep getting faxes and keep calling only to be told my fax number has been removed. If you call the number for more information no one ever answers! Whats the point of this fax???
