I gave him last week 10000 flyers to distribute in Ajax, with $700 cheque. He cleared the cheque and now I am trying to call him buy he is not answering. I want to make complaint about him, please advise from where I start.

Received another fax (4th one)from these people. I called their removal number today (4th time) and it tells me..."I have been removed"!CRTC here I come!

Same company, same experience.  Contact me if you (haven't yet and) would like to collectively take these guys to court!  If you have already proceeded with some type of civil case, please brief me as to the status and/or outcome of that hearing.Thanks!-M.J.mjferrer_1 @ hotmail.com

This is a company called Direct Flyer Distribution. They will innundate you with faxes and when you call the number on the bottom of the fax to have your number removed as per the law, it is ALWAYS busy 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I just faxed back 100 copies of their own advertisement to their fax number.What a bunch of turds!!
