I gave him last week 10000 flyers to distribute in Ajax, with $700 cheque. He cleared the cheque and now I am trying to call him buy he is not answering. I want to make complaint about him, please advise from where I start.

They did the same thing with my company!! They came in and picked up 3,000 flyers and a chq! We never received one single phone call from anyone!! The company is a scam because when we distribute through Canada Post we always get at least a 4% call back!!! They are scam artists!!!!!!

I just faxed back 100 copies of their own advertisement to their fax number.What a bunch of turds!!

Received another fax (4th one)from these people. I called their removal number today (4th time) and it tells me..."I have been removed"!CRTC here I come!

Normally I do my research before using these small companies but because i was in a rush to get my flyers deilvered before the deadline of July 31, 2012, I took a chance with these guys. This guy called Andrei Bondarenco came and collected my 7000 flyers and collect a cheque (which he was able to cash the same day) -  but never delivered any of the flyers.I am about to call the RCMP, report him to BBB(which seems to be useless) and also take them to court.  I know that he banks with Toronto Dominion Bank at 2453 Yonge Street. I would like to connect with all the guys on here who have been scammed by this  company and are planning to sue. Hello everyone...I am one of victim of above scam ..He took 5000 flyer and cheque since then I didn't get any update from these guys...His name was same Andrei. and he is not picking up the phone after he made a deal with me. By the way they are still using the same Phone in their advertisement which is (905) 918-0280..Please contact me if anyone need some help to take these guys to court. Hi!I have also been scammed by this company, I gave Andrew 500$ and my flyers have never gotten sent out. I haven't hard from him since. Has anyone started any court procedures or contacted the police? Too bad I saw these posts now, and not before I met this man... :(
