I gave him last week 10000 flyers to distribute in Ajax, with $700 cheque. He cleared the cheque and now I am trying to call him buy he is not answering. I want to make complaint about him, please advise from where I start.

Hello everyone...I am one of victim of above scam ..He took 5000 flyer and cheque since then I didn't get any update from these guys...His name was same Andrei. and he is not picking up the phone after he made a deal with me. By the way they are still using the same Phone in their advertisement which is (905) 918-0280..Please contact me if anyone need some help to take these guys to court. Normally I do my research before using these small companies but because i was in a rush to get my flyers deilvered before the deadline of July 31, 2012, I took a chance with these guys. This guy called Andrei Bondarenco came and collected my 7000 flyers and collect a cheque (which he was able to cash the same day) -  but never delivered any of the flyers.I am about to call the RCMP, report him to BBB(which seems to be useless) and also take them to court.  I know that he banks with Toronto Dominion Bank at 2453 Yonge Street. I would like to connect with all the guys on here who have been scammed by this  company and are planning to sue. I gogoled Direct Flyer Distribution and there is no information on them at all. I have received 10+ faxes in a row from these turds, so a complaint has been filed!!! Enjoy guys!!!

I found when I opened their Word document it was for the company you mentioned but it also put spamware on my computer!

Same as above - I keep getting faxes and keep calling only to be told my fax number has been removed. If you call the number for more information no one ever answers! Whats the point of this fax???
