I gave him last week 10000 flyers to distribute in Ajax, with $700 cheque. He cleared the cheque and now I am trying to call him buy he is not answering. I want to make complaint about him, please advise from where I start.

If you are fool enough to do business with this company they will take your money to deliver your flyers and then not do anything with them.

I gave him 6000 flyers and a cheque in $405, He said will delivery 2000 at July 28, Friday and 4000 at Canada Post following week. Too bad I have trusted him before I read this Blog, in the meantime, i did call my bank to stop the cheque, which it has not been clear, but 6000 flyer worth $500+, and was expecting more business in the weekend, Police should catch this guy!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi!I have also been scammed by this company, I gave Andrew 500$ and my flyers have never gotten sent out. I haven't hard from him since. Has anyone started any court procedures or contacted the police? Too bad I saw these posts now, and not before I met this man... :(

Normally I do my research before using these small companies but because i was in a rush to get my flyers deilvered before the deadline of July 31, 2012, I took a chance with these guys. This guy called Andrei Bondarenco came and collected my 7000 flyers and collect a cheque (which he was able to cash the same day) -  but never delivered any of the flyers.

I am about to call the RCMP, report him to BBB(which seems to be useless) and also take them to court.  I know that he banks with Toronto Dominion Bank at 2453 Yonge Street.

Bell Canada, owner of the trade-mark BELL & DESIGN has not allowed the displaying of this trade-mark on the Flyer delivery that is faxed.  It has to be deleted.
