I gave him last week 10000 flyers to distribute in Ajax, with $700 cheque. He cleared the cheque and now I am trying to call him buy he is not answering. I want to make complaint about him, please advise from where I start.

Normally I do my research before using these small companies but because i was in a rush to get my flyers deilvered before the deadline of July 31, 2012, I took a chance with these guys. This guy called Andrei Bondarenco came and collected my 7000 flyers and collect a cheque (which he was able to cash the same day) -  but never delivered any of the flyers.I am about to call the RCMP, report him to BBB(which seems to be useless) and also take them to court.  I know that he banks with Toronto Dominion Bank at 2453 Yonge Street. I would like to connect with all the guys on here who have been scammed by this  company and are planning to sue. I gogoled Direct Flyer Distribution and there is no information on them at all. I have received 10+ faxes in a row from these turds, so a complaint has been filed!!! Enjoy guys!!!
