I gave him last week 10000 flyers to distribute in Ajax, with $700 cheque. He cleared the cheque and now I am trying to call him buy he is not answering. I want to make complaint about him, please advise from where I start.

I just faxed back 100 copies of their own advertisement to their fax number.

What a bunch of turds!!

Normally I do my research before using these small companies but because i was in a rush to get my flyers deilvered before the deadline of July 31, 2012, I took a chance with these guys. This guy called Andrei Bondarenco came and collected my 7000 flyers and collect a cheque (which he was able to cash the same day) -  but never delivered any of the flyers.I am about to call the RCMP, report him to BBB(which seems to be useless) and also take them to court.  I know that he banks with Toronto Dominion Bank at 2453 Yonge Street. I would like to connect with all the guys on here who have been scammed by this  company and are planning to sue. Unsolicited fax of bad quality, advertising flyer services

The company was cited by the CRTC (http://www.crtc.gc.ca/eng/dncl/dncla.htm) on 20100809 for violations of the Unsolicited Telecommunications Rules; yet the staff are still sending faxes.
