This # just called my cell. When I tried to return the call the number came up as 'not in service'! Why would that be and who does this?

Received a call at 6:28 pm with a recording saying that I won 250,000 air miles points. I stayed on the line without saying a word, they hung up on me.

It called it self Walmart Canada. Called them. They said its a scam and will investigate. Hang up
