Called to speak to my mother who doesn't have a credit card.  Said he was with Visa, Mastercard, Capital One and American Express.  Would not give me a telephone number to return the call, or say the company that he worked for.  Was rather rude, refusing to give any details saying they were confidential. Usually when someone wants a call returned they'd give a phone number if nothing else.
