St. Mary's food bank in Mississauga is biased as a result of the high number on same ethnic background working/volunteering within this origination. This organization needs to allow other ethnic background to work/volunteer at either location to reflect the diversity of the community. There is no or extremely low number of other ethnic backgrounds being accepted in this food bank. This could be seen as racist on top of the already lack of sympathy displayed towards each individuals circumstances.
