They swear that this person gave my phone number for a Cogeco cable account, which is not even available in my area. First of all, I don't have any relatives with that name. Secondly, none of my relatives live in an area serviced by Cogeco. They're simply looking through the phone book, asking for everyone with my surname and initial for this deadbeat.
