These 1st class a-holes filled my answering machine with: Are you in debt.... tired of collectors calling.  No I'm actually tired of being harassed by people who I don't owe anything to.  If they think they are going to get my business with these shenanigans they are nuts.

Same here. I answer and said hello a couple of times and nothing. Hung up as I thought it'd be some BS.

Report them to www.phonebusters.ca   it's illegal under the competition act for unsoliticted phone calls using an autodialer type message program.
