I worked for this company many years ago. At the time they operated under the names Ontario Provisioners and 310grocery. The reason you are getting phone calls from this company even when you are on the DNC list is because they use the phonebook to get your phone number and they don't pay attention to the DNC list at all. And yes, using the phonebook for the purposes of telemarketing is illegal. It says that in the first few pages of the phonebook.

Calls my house every single day. Very annoying! Tried calling the number back a few times and it just rings and rings! I am also on the Do Not Call List! Grr
