I also received a call from them and as I had higher debt on my Mastercard and insufficient available balance so I decided to pursue with them despite of the fact running all over my mind that they are scam. At the end of call I was shocked when they connected me to negotiation department, their department directly connected me to my bank and it was 3 way conference call. The same bank who always said these people are scam provided me lower interest rates that was 6.1% for life time.

East Indian claiming to be CIBC VISA...Letting me know that they are reducing our interest rate to 3.5 for life...Asking for expiry date on my card...not willing to give it up...they have called ten times today...keep warning them...???

Basically the same situations as described above. Reduced interest rates on our credit cards, please provide expiry date and the code number on the back.  Didn't do it. I then phoned my bank and had them follow through --- they turned up nothing bona fide. One big scam, I suspect

East Indian called from this number claiming to be from two competing credit card companies at once.  Claimed to be affiliated with Visa and MasterCard... Yeah, and I got a call last week from the Coca Cola Company and PepsiCo at the same time.  LOL!Claimed to be able to reduce our interest rates on credit cards we have never owned.  I told my wife to waste his time and keep him on as long as possible.  He heard me at about five minutes in saying "He's a scammer."  He hung up after wishing us a Merry Christmas.  Hehe.

I just got this call and I gave what they wanted realizing in the end what I did when he couldn't give me my right postal code. His name was Johnny Barkery ext 202 his ID number JP1049 his magement person was David Parker. He had all my information and he was so believing. He even called me back to verify the information, but I didn't give him a chance. All credit cards companies said this is a scam and I have to cancelle all my cards cause of this. Beware. The man(Johnny) even said the bank I deal with gave me this information. This is defanitly easy to fall for because they are so believing, they say they Are there to help your interest rate to be lowered, due to some new laws we have.
