Yes, they are very annoying overseas calling company. Hard to rid off their calls even if you tell them not interested in service.

phone call company... they called me a few times... I called them back today... a lady answered with an extatic voice started mumbling about great ovrseas rates... when she asked me whether I call overseas I answered no, and most of all that my phone number is on the national do not call list.... than she didn<t hang up.... but there was silence on the line... I'm reporting them right now!

Called me asking up front if i speak russian. Refused to introduce herself - hung up instead.Annoying...
