I am the husband of Mrs. Maret Efremenko and co-owner of the Massage Therapy Clinic, with which your son, Mr.Ali Shadzik, has made an appointment and where he has received one hour of Deep Tissue Massage Therapy Treatment for the cost of $90.00 performed by Mrs.Maret Efremenko, a Registered Massage Therapist, on February 25, 2013.
Please accept this message as a friendly reminder of the fact that Mr.Ali Shadzik, has not paid for the treatment yet.
In addition, I would like to inform you that Mr.Ali Shadzik, uses inappropriate language in his text messages to my wife, a very respectful lady of the Canadian society. This fraudulent, disrespectful, ill-behaved, and arrogant individual has absolutely no right to speak to my wife in this manner. This is absolutely unacceptable under any circumstances.
I have given your son the deadline to submit the payment until March 19th by registered mail. If he does not comply by the specified date, I will initiate civil actions against him and make this matter as public as possible in Kitchener-Waterloo and Toronto areas.
Please accept my apology for any inconvenience that this may create for you, but Mr.Ali Shadzik with his behavior does not leave for me other choice. It is his responsibility and in his best interests to make the payment for the Deep Tissue Massage Therapy Treatment that he has received from a Registered Massage Therapist.
