Caller: (905) 755-5585 Some rude dude.

This place calls my land line everyday at noon and suppertime and leaves the prerecorded message to call them. They tried doing that to my cell phone but I just blocked the number, thing is they are still able to waste one of my allowed voice mails with a black recording. I only talked to the guy once, he threatened me with charges, called me a names and was very rude and patronizing. I finally told him that I never made a contract with him or his company so under no circumstances with I be dealing monetarily with him or his company and hung up. If he wants to keep spending money on long distance calls, he is an idiot as well.

I have received numerous calls from these people. They have searched my LinkedIn profile and called my employer. They have sent me mail and called several times a week at the least. On one day, they called 6 times within a 3-hour span. They are trying to insist I owe money to TD from 2009 (I do not). I have contacted them and told them not to call again and they ignore me. I have blocked their number and they change their number.

Keep getting harassing phone calls from this number...always automated...

this guy calls my exs whole family on Canada looking for me finally gets a hold of me and tells me they will through me into the slammer if I don't pay TD what I owe them. ugghhhh

This number calls me every day. They are rude. They told me that they will take our number off their list but they haven't. We don't owe anything. Wrong person... so frustrating.

Well these guys will lie and commit fraud to only to harass you and intimidate you. They call my company claiming a employee gave them permission to call here which is a lie when you look at their website ( http://www.dacollections.com/Mission.aspx ) they talk about their values, it is a complete joke as they do the opposite. well as a private business I charge for my time and it is $100 000.00 per hour or any portion of!

As far as I am aware, this number has been calling for the past two says at least. The first time it was a real person. She gave her name, a number and extention when I told her the person she was looking for was not available at that point in time. Today I get the annoying pre-recorded voice thing calling back. It said my moms (who she was looking for yesterday) name and spelt out the first name and said the last name. It is getting really REALLY annoying. Are they a collection agentsy or a scam (like the microsoft one)?

they   called   me  too  i would  look   at the n   and agnorete  turn off   u are phone  aventuly  they will  stop  otherwise   tell  them   u will   charge them   with  arasmente   i hope   it  helps   i can   only   turn off  my answering   machine   cause   important waiting  to get   a call  for   my  transplante

anyone who gets this number,beware,they`re nuts and call at all hours of the bloody day or night,and rude as hell.oh well,once a loser always losers.don`t owe these guy anything,

its the D&A collection, they told me I own money for extreme fitness which I never been to and they say dont matter you sign a contract. I'm a student here and win some bu***hit prize by extreme fitness I when there and they all had smile and afte talking with me they told me they only need me to fill out a form to prove I claim the prize, but because of school I was to busy and tried to even go by for one day.
Now these people calling , I had no idea who they was til they explain. I told them arrest me in that way I dont have to pay for rent and I can get free food and shelther. EXTREME FITNESS IS A SCAM
