I have received calls form this number but never press on 1 ...the automated message only says this is an important matter...but if it was important why wouldn't a person call.

I am getting a call from this same collections agency. They are calling for someone who does not live here, and have been doing so for weeks. They seem to then sell off the number to other idiot companies who then do the same over and over and over. How do you get these worthless pathetic companies to stop the spam?
