Called me at 5:50 in the morning.

Keeps calling asking for someone we don't know.  The number shows up as ONTARIO (905) 740-3222 and sometimes shows up as 000-000-0000.They are Canada Bonded Attorneys

Just had a call from them this morning, but they hung up after one ring. I think the person who had my cell number before me is still in their database, so I keep getting hassling calls saying I owe them money!

Don't worry, I lost with them too. They are scaring my wife.

Yah.. I got one too, called them, told them my number.  They had my name, but no record of why they called me.They're a collection agency they claim.
