This cell # calling me, but never leaves a message.  Why do I keep getting calls from this line?

i got a call from this number at 12:11pm this morning.i didn't answer it. i don't answer random numbers.i wish they would stop calling me!

i picked up the phone and someone started yelling at me about missing dogs lost on chatanooga island. i was very confused about the situation. i think it was an AT&T operator playing a prank.

This really is AT&T Customer Service based in Canada.

It is usually a service/courtesy call to let you all know you have a BILL payment Due, or that it's late.
