They called my number several times a day for an entire week but would never leave a message! Today at 7:56pm I answered the call only to be greeted by a woman with a very thick East Indian accent wanting to do a survey of parents opinions on education in Ontario.

Its a survey from Ford to get feedback if you bought a ford or had a service done. Then they forward that feedback to the dealership to resolve if there are any issues. This helps the dealership/service center to improve customer service. If a customer complaints about anything, the dealership has to get to the roots of it.

It's OSAP (Ontario Student Loans), they left a message saying to call back and gave a 1-800 number (it was a generic recorded message, not an actual person who left the message).  They called a few times and when I answered it seemed like there was nobody on the line, that's because it came from a call center and the auto-dialer is like that; there's a really long pause before you hear somebody.

Yes Ford survey for us. Or at least a telemarketer for Ford. Thanks! To be on this company's do not call list dial +1 800-864-8601.

I am not a student, but they keep calling and never leaves a message. I don't answer, so screw 'em.
