I keep getting the same harassment from someone with that same number.They keep telling me they're calling about the hydro.It's a rude guy with an Indian accent,how do I stop them from calling?

OHMYGOD! i have also recieved many harrassing calls from this number. when will it stop!?

i got the same call just tonight for a guy with an indian accent. its very strong and i couldn't understand him. he kept asking for a mr.kochar. i told him wrong number but he continued to ask for the person in charge of the hydro bill. after telling him that that person was not available and him persisting even more, i simply said: no thank you. and hung up
he then called again and when i didn't pick up, left a voice mail claiming that he talked to my wife about his service. you can tell he is not a professional for his lack of articulate speech and all the ums and ahs. afterwards, he called a few times more but not leaving a voicemail.

Call Screen DIAL (*60) on your phone and follow instructions: Your phone can be programmed to reject calls from selected numbers with a service called Call Screen (SBC Pacific Bell term; other phone companies might use a different name). Instead of ringing on your line, these calls are routed to a recording that tells the caller you will not take the call. With Call Screen, you can also program your telephone to reject calls from the number of the last person who called. This allows you to block calls even if you do not know the phone number. Most phone companies charge a monthly fee for this service.
Call Screen is not a foolproof way to stop unwelcome calls. A determined caller can move to a different phone number to bypass the block. Also, Call Screen does not work on long distance calls from outside your service area.
