I call the Toronto number every day and ask for Kooldeep. They tell me I have the wrong number so I call them back and tell them they are liars and to put Kooldeep on the damn phone.I also make sure to always hang up on them while they are in mid sentance.

I received a call from this number quite a few times actually, asking for a Chris M.  Each time I tell them to STOP calling, yet they still persist.

If you have made it clear to them that the person they are looking for doesn't live there but they keep calling back try this:

As soon as you know it's them calling say 'just a minute' as if you were going to get the person they are asking for.  Then set the phone down and walk away.   Don't say anything else to them.  Hang up after a few minutes.  Do that every time they call.

That number called me too. Your right it is Collect Com Credit (CCC). They were looking for one of my family members. I told the lady on the phone that he wasn't there and asked her if she wanted to leave a message. She said no, I said ok but can I have your name, I'd like to say who called. Well she went off on me calling me every name in the book. I hung up on her and she called back 4 times in a row using profanity, threats and laughing at me. Needless to say I have filed a complaint with the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services. Never in my life have I been treated that way before.
