called 3 times within 20 minutes and i tried to call the number back and it says its not in service what a pain in the butt they are

I received numerous calls for this number yesterday:12:37; 12:39; 1:16; 1:21; 2:34; 3:28; 3:59; 4:49 Honestly, do people not have better things to do??? I never answered. I was in meetings all day and figured if it's important leave a message. AHHH!!!

this guy called my phone and i do know i herd at least 1 other male in the background. he had to of been between 16-20, and he called my house 3 times and hung up. he know's that i am a juggalo and he asked for juggalo "kyle"i asked him his name he wouldn't tell me, and he repedidly called me an emo"f***". i got a little angry and i asked who it was again he said i called his house today and talked s**t to his sister, witch is not possible because i was out all day and havent called anyone. Anyways i *69'd this number and the same number came up as for everyone elce.(905) 685-3527.....i AM  going to find out who called me from this number and im going to get something done about this. this is extremely agrivating.

this is  rogers tele-comunications, aparently they have the right to opperate this way,  i was told, all i can do is call block it, by bell.
