If you want them to stop calling, just answer the call and tell them to take your number off of their list. If you don't answer, the workers are forced by management to schedule another call for you (usually the same day) and this will continue each time that you do not answer. If you just hang up (or yell/play a loud noise/etc.), the same will happen. If you tell them you're not interested, they might wait a month or so to call back (hoping you're interested or they can talk you into it at that point). They are a legitimate company, they make a good but expensive product, and they only call during the hours that are allowed by law. If you ask them to remove you from their list they will do it.

Ann, did you make any headway with these people?  Do you have a name of a "person in charge" and have you been removed from their calling list??  Guys, I REALLY need help with getting these people to stop calling me.  They called me five times today.  I work night shift so I sleep during the day, and their calls wake me up ALL the time.  I can't turn my ringer off incase someone needs to get ahold of me.  I've tried calling them back to ask them to be taken off their calling list but they either don't pick up the phone or they hang up on me.  If anyone knows what I can do about this PLEASE reply.

This number has called me at least 50 times in the last 5 months, i have returned calls and left nasty msgs about calling the cops, its harassment, they hang up on who ever answers.....today i will try and get ahold of who ever is in charge!!! i don't want your damn windows especially now after all this crap!!!! You really think harassing people will make them buy windows!! IDIOTS!!!!

Received a call from this number about 30 minutes ago and let the machine get it. I could hear people in the background for a few seconds then a guy gets on and starts breathing heavily into the phone and starts slightly moaning. Had enough and ended up deleting the message after a few seconds.
