I find I have to wonder about anyone introducing themselves as "not a Loser"....This kind of "collection agent" does not limit itself to legitimate claims. This species will, among other low methods, search memorials and/or death records to find an elderly survivor to hararass for debts long paid or fabricated. Pay them nothing. Ever.

If it's a collection agency and they are leaving insulting messages, then look up the Collections Agency Act for your province, it varies slightly from one to the other. General are:While rules vary across Canada, generally collection agencies are forbidden from doing the following:* trying to collect a debt without first notifying you in writing or making a reasonable attempt to do so* recommending or starting legal or court action to collect a debt without first notifying you* communicating with you or your family such that the communication amounts to harassment, or calling to collect a debt at certain prohibited times (which vary from one province or territory to another)* implying or giving false or misleading information to anyone.* communicating or attempting to communicate with you without identifying themselves, saying who is owed the money and stating the amount owed* continuing to demand payment from a person who claims not to owe the money, unless the agency first takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the person does, in fact, owe the money* contacting your friends, employer, relatives or neighbors for information, other than to get your telephone number or address, except when any of these people have guaranteed the debt or if you have asked the agency to contact them to discuss the debt or, in the case of your employer, to confirm your employment, your job title and your work address.* they may not contact you at workthis is a link to a page with a list of the provinces and a link to the act for each one.  httlinksnotallowed://linksnotallowed.ic.gc.ca/eic/site/oca-bc.nsf/eng/h_ca02149.htmlFANTASTIC INFO HERE TOO:httlinksnotallowed://linksnotallowed.canlawlinksnotallowed/credit/collect.htmContact for each province to file a complaint:If they are working outside of the laws for your province then take every measure to report them, they really don't like having to answer to the government about their behavior.

Not a loser like you all.

"I am tired of them, thought of changing my phone number, but thought no. I am not doing that to suit them! "

You could, you know, pay off what you owe dumbass?!?

Since you know the "LAW" you should also know you need to pay back what you owe for goods and services that someone else is now stuck footing the bill for. Perhaps you are just a hypocrite do***ebag, and these words will never lay to rest in what you call a brain; but if for some reason it reaches you, think about it. Same to all you other sad offs listing your woes in here.
