By snail mail I was informed that I won $250,000.00.  The letter included a check for $4980.00 to be used to cover my expenses to pay Government taxes in the amount of $2995.00.  The sender was Waterhouse Securities, International Claim Dept., 100 Front St., Morriston, Ont H4N-3L4..otherwise identical names as above.  Dated 2/28/09.Here's the best part...the cancellation message over the Canadian stamp read "Fraud -- Prevent It !" (in both French and English, of course).
