Keeps calling. Who is it?

All meals and entertainment included just for completing a short phone survey.  You must call us back on the caller ID phone number.  I called you from between the hours of 9 AM and 9 PM Eastern Standard Time.  To hear all the exciting detail, call us today and you'll receive a 50 dollar match play certificate to use on board the cruise ships casino.  If you do not wish to redeem your free cruise and would like to be added to our company's do not call list, please call +1 888-219-6248.  Thank you.  Goodbye.Possible scam but unsure.  Did not call back.
