they offered me free phone on a THREE year contract..............

they called and i answered...apparently on behalf of Telus Mobility offering a free motorola cell phone for someone in my family.

Asked me if i am currently on a contract plan or pay as you go, also asked what kind of phone i own. After that I hung up on the guy...
It seemed very fishy + I could not understand the guys accent, and I did not want to agree to whatever he said LOL

Just got a phone call from this number. If he was real TELUS mobility, he should have called my daddy who was paying for the bills.. definately scam. and he asked me "do you have driver's license?", i said "no" and then he said "oh, then no free cell phone for you."  LOL

Call on my cell phone. Did not answer it. Checked google and this site popped up so thought I would add to the list of disgruntled reporters.

definately they are after the driver's license or anything like that. DON'T PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION WHATEVER MEANS NECESSARY.

i got a call on feb 16
