yup its D&A, the biggest asshats on the planet. I understand it's their job to gather the $$ but there is no need to talk to people like dogs & continuously call them after the issue has been discussed.

Very rude buch these kids are, they feel that because they are collections they have a right to be disrespectful. The feel they need not use tact when dealing with people and that "customer service" is not part of their job.
