The call starts with a recorded message stating that I have a text message and if I want to hear it press 1.  The first time I did, I heard a word or two in a language that sounded like Russian.   I then had the option of re-listening or sending a reply.  I sent a reply stating not to call.  About 4 hours later I got another call.  Is this some sort of scam (ie by responding to the voice mail, do I get charged).  Never heard of this before.  Any ideas?
