Got a call from "Sarah" who wanted to talk to me about IRS Back Taxes (which I don't have).  I have gotten numerous calls with this same recording from different numbers. This number was identified from Ontario, Canada. I know no one there.

Got this call from this number on iPhone and listed as Ontario, Canada. I just got this number too. I didn't answer. No message left.

I also received a call from this number at 2:30pm PST today, but did not pick up as it was an unknown number.  I'm tired of these scam phone calls when I am on the National Do Not Call registry  https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx.  Perhaps they feel that being based in Canada put them outside the reach of the FTC.  However, I plan to file a complaint with the FTC and recommend others do so as well.
