asked for me by name...then hung up. this number calls often...it is the only time i have actually answered

Every day I get a call from this # They never leave a message. I am on the telemarketing block list but they still manage to get through. Getting on my nerves!!!

Someone called on our home number today at 10.24 AM.Asked for me by name, then said I needed to honour my obligations as I owed $50 to the cancer society. He mentioned an invoice, I asked to get the invoice, he said it couldn't be done.Wanted my Visa/Master card number with the 3 diit security code.I asked for the invoice again, he said perhaps it was my wife. I asked my wife while he was on the phone and she didn't recall making any commitments. He then said he would check his records and he hung up!
