Got a called from this number and they left no message. When I called the number back a recording said, "thank your for callng Formatalia" I don't know what is formatalia.

Answered call, got an automated message: "Hello, this is Credit Services. You may be interested to know that due to recent legisation, you may be eligible for a low interest rate blah blah blah whatever"

Got a call 2 times now and they just hung up.

No message they just hung up.
