Getting calls 3 times a day. Telemarketing for Front Line Home Services.  I am on the Do Not Call List.

Rude east indian agent tried to convince me to hire them for duct cleaning, and when I started to ask why they were calling numbers on the Do Not Call list, he hung up on me before I could even finish my sentence. I called the number back and got a "not in service" recording. Total cowards, they are.  Next time I am going to allow them to give me the whole spiel, then I'll get their contact info and report them. I get two or three of these each day and I'm REALLY TIRED OF IT.

I am so sick of getting several calls from FRONTLINE DUCT CLEANING. I have been nice, I have been rude, I even threatened a lawsuit. They keep calling several times a week. One day it was 2 hours apart same day. Is the company they have hired to telemarketing their services stupid. I wouldn't use any duct cleaning service that continues to harass us at different times of the day.  I am truly sick of this and I need some suggestions on who to contact to have it stopped. We have had men and women some with accents and some without. If my 79 year old Mother falls trying to answer one of their calls they will not be in business any longer. I put our number on the not to call list, that doesn't work.

I just received a call from Front Line Home Services selling duct cleaning services.  I asked why a company would be calling someone on the Do Not Call List and he started chuckling.  I asked to speak to his supervisor and he kept telling me no.  I said if he wanted me to consider their service then I wanted to speak with a supervisor, after about 10 minutes the "supervisor" came on the line.  I asked why they were calling numbers on the Do Not Call List if they were a legitimate company.  He just kept asking the square footage of my home and how I wished to pay for the service.  I told him that I wanted a representative from his company to come to my home and talk to me about the services they offered and why they are calling numbers on the Do Not Call List.  He said that "Joseph" would be at my home at 7pm tomorrow.  I then asked for a number to reach them, he gave me (905) 218-1718, I called this number back and surprisingly it was not in service.  I get these calls at least 3 times a week.

Got at call from and Indian guy as well. He was reading a script about duct cleaning. I asked him the company name and he said "Front Line Home". I told him I was on the "do not call list" and they hung up. The phone number is bogus. Next time I will follow through and get real info form him. THis has to stop. They idiots call 2-4 times a week.

Get this, everytime it's the same person and the person keeps giving different names. The last I heard of him, he said his name was Johnny Bravo. Had a good laugh at that one. They haven't called us ever since my brother spoke to him. I guess a firm voice shuts him up.
