This number calls 4-5 times a day, and once the voice (male) cuts it, it cuts off, leaving but a single word or two on voice mail - either a collection agency or multi-level marketing scheme

I get at least 2-3 message from whoever this is every single day.  The message is a recording of this really rude sounding guy "This is NOT a solicitation.  We have made every ATTEMPT to contact you without the CURTOSY of a return call."  They not only call my home number repeatedly, but also my parents number just as much.  In all these messages, I still have no idea who they are or what they want besides to talk to me.  If it's so important that you need to talk to me so bad, have a person call me.  I have the option to press any key to speak to a live agent.
