The name of the company is Global International, and they are a debt collection agency.

This number calls me 4 times a day, asking for someone who does not live here. I've tried getting a hold of them with the number they use to call me, and two numbers on their website but I can never get through. I either get disconnected right away, or I'm told to leave a message for an inbox that is full.
