It's a collection agency called Global International.  They have a website for consumers that are getting called: http://www.globalcollection.net/Consumers.aspx

some one keeps calling and says that they are trying to put a call through, and its starting to really piss me off

Global Credit, from Rogers cable,,,,,,they have been Harassing me for 10yrs now, looking for a Donna,I"m not donna....Her phone was disconnected and I ended up with it. Not quite sure what to do.
