Wish they would stop HARRASSING me!!! They are looking for s

I just want people to know that the Law office of Paul Kupferstein & Associates IS LEGIT! If you get a call from Mr. Hazel, he is a lawyer and what he is telling you is most likely truthful. My situation was that I owed The Cash Store for over a year and after a certain point The Cash Store gives it over to this law firm for them to contact the person owing. I called the Cash Store Head Office to confirm that this law office is the one they deal with and that what he is saying is true and it was all verified. They can sue you and take you to court for 5 x the amount you owe. I JUST went thru this on the weekend and paid my debt off because if I didn’t they would proceed to court. I can’t afford that so I came up with the $1279.45 to pay it. If you are reasonable and not rude to them, then they will be nice back and Mr. Hazel actually gave me advice even tho his client is The Cash Store. Don't EVER give money to anyone other than who it is you owe. If they ask you to deposit the money into a bank account, it is not right, but in my case I was asked to go directly to the Cash Store I borrowed from and pay them directly and I did. It was NOT a scam so check into it when you get a call. Phone the head office of the place where you got the loan or whatever it was you owed money to and ask them to confirm the details of what the law office has told you. Paul Kupferstein is NOT a scammer regardless of what others are saying. In my experience it was LEGIT and verified by the place I owed money to. Take it seriously and investigate what is being told to you and proceed. Proceed cautiously obviously because you don't want to turn a large amount of money over to the wrong person but if you owe the debt, it is most likely NOT A SCAM!!! I don’t know why so many people are saying it is a scam. Maybe there are people out there pretending to be the Law Office of Paul Kupferstein and trying to get you to deposit money into a their bank account, but there really is a legitimate Law office by this name and they represent many different places who are owed money like pay day loan companies. Like I said if you do owe money to a company, contact them first after you get a call from a lawyer and confirm the information is true! You don’t want to end up owing larger amounts of money and have your bank account frozen and wages garnished because that’s what will happen. I sympathize with you. I just dealt with this over the weekend and it’s stressful trying to come up with $1279 in 3 days but I luckily was able to. My e-mail is below of you want to ask me any questions. Hello babygirl07 I was in the same situation and yes they can do all of this the thing is when you called the cash store they sent you back to that hazel guy so you have to deal with him.....do yourself a favor and pay off what you owe cuz that place is a law firm just make sure you call the law firm and arrange to pay the cash store dont send the law firm money but make sure this hazel guy lets you pay the cash store and pay that right away...

I just got a call this morning saying that the cash store is sueing me for a loan I had back in 2011. That the cash store finally got a hold of me a couple months ago after a long wait. now this idiot is calling me saying I got to go too court

Calls started about two weeks ago from this number...a male voice (could not clearly hear his name) kept leaving me agressive messages stating that i needed to contact his office immediately or "the matter" would be refered to court for possible fraud.  Today i receied another call from someone from the LAw Office and again stated that the matter had been placed in court and if my lawyer had any questions he could call (905) 474-3535 Ext239.  At know time did this man identify why or who he was calling on behalf of.

How do i stop theses calls?

Got a call from David regarding an outstanding debt and threatened court action and fraud charges if I didnt pay with 24 hours.

They're harrassing my daughter as well and like I wasn't born yesterday, they try to threaten people. I know their games!

I just got the same phone call yesterday.  Telling me if I didn't pay the 300 I owed I would end up paying 1500 in court costs and have the fraud charges against me.  I am so glad I got to this site.  I was really just trying to google him to get his phone number.
