From what I have been able to find out this may be a scam as the meesage you get if you stay on the line is "Credit Card Services" they try to get your credit card number(s) to lower the borrowing rate. I just hung up & then blocked the number.

Calls in the mornings & never leaves a message. Probably telemarketing.

I got a call Easter Saturday, east Indian guy told me it was Microsoft calling me and that my computer was sending error messages.  If I were to allow him to take control of my computer he would fix the problems.  Scary part he knew my name and my phone is unlisted.  I told him that I did not believe him and that I had no time to play games with a scammer. He called back from another  number +1 855-555-0164 same dude, I told him in no uncertain terms to F-off and to stop bothering me.

They called today and when I picked it up (thinking it was a friend of mine in Ontario) there was nobody there. A***oles!

Same thing; have had a couple of calls from this # around noon both times.  When checked out the call no one was there.Annoying!

I got a call from (905) 463-1810 saying that legislation was passed allowing me to get 0% on my high interest credit cards. I was asked to give them credit card interest rates and total owing on each card. I refused to do that and hung up.
