The deal with this number is that you enter a ballot at a local establishment and then your name is drawn. You are presented with a savings club similar to Costco and Direct Buy but also includes Vacations and Mortgages and such. It is a pretty good deal but it would not be beneficial at this time to me. The cost is $9999 + GST, plus 129.99 a year for the membership card.In terms of the Vacation Winning, that is a joke... We won 2 nights in a hotel in Canada, the US, or Mexico, but only after paying a $55 US administration fee. Good Luck!
