I was looking to buy suits for my sons at this store and they were acting up so the owner told me to buy them and try them on at home and bring them back if they did not fit. When I got it home the suits did not fit and zipper tie broke off in my hand. I drove 20mins back to the store to exchange them for ones that fit. The girl working told me since she didn't do the sale she could not exchange them and she would have to get a hold of her boss. so I waited for almost 2 hours and she kept saying she could not get a hold of him and she didn't have the authority to do the exchange. Now this is after she gave the client ahead of me 15.00 off her purchases. then she tried to say that it had to be done 14 days from the purchases date which I was within. I told her I was going to wait ill she got a hold of the owner and she threatened to call security because I was getting annoyed that she kept changing the rules. In the end she made up some ridiculous thing that I had to pay an additional 15.00 in order to exchange the suits. I will NEVER shop there again and neither should anyone else.
