same happened here - no answer when I picked up - I think it is that cc number - offering LOW, low rates.  My number is on the DO NOT CALL list.

This autodialer calls all the time. I picked up this time and said hello, but there was nothing on the line. The line was active but blank for a time then they disconnected. Whoever this is, block them.

I get the same type of call all the time. Do you have anything to do with Worker's Comp or Canada Post?
