It is Dun @ Bradstreet trying to sell you a membership.  They have called me several times for my business.  It is a solicitation.

I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER - THE WOMAN "LINDA" WOULD NOT GIVE HER LAST NAME HOWEVER, WAS PERSISTENT & PROCEEDED TO INFORM ME THAT I "MUST" COMPLETE MY INFORMATION WITH DUNN & BRADSTREET IN ORDER FOR ANY CREDITORS TO VIEW MY CREDIT INFO SUCH AS MY BANK OR ANY POTENTIAL FUTURE CREDIT CARD COMPANIES.  I HAVE OWNED MY BUSINESS FOR SEVERAL YRS & HAVE YET TO HAVE ANY PROBS WITH CREDIT INQUIRIES.  I REFUSED TO OFFER ANY INFO OVER THE PHONE & REQUESTED SHE EMAIL IT SO I HAVE IT IN WRITING.  SHE SAID SHE WAS SENDING THE EMAIL AS WE SPOKE.  THAT WAS 3 DAYS AGO - NO EMAIL IN MY SPAM NOR INBOX. !!!  DO NOT GIVE INFO ANY PERSONAL/BUSINESS INFO OVER THE PHONE EVER !!!

Someone from this number (905) 448-2973 called my cell phone and when i called back it was just a muzak. No one answered on the other line.

Message from Dun and Bradstreet Credit something or other about activity on your credit report of [named organization from a pilfered internal directory] and please contact Kara x 7375 and a 9-digit reference number.  Totally bogus.  Number is called from Oshawa, Ontario.
