If you call them back it tells you that they are a company performing marketing calls and you can press a number to get on do not call list but have to leave your name and number and they only put the request to the company they are calling on behalf of at that moment. so you can still receive calls from this company on behalf of other company's

Repeated calls from this number- never answer it- sometimes will hang up after 2 rings otherwise
- on answering machine
- music
- russling paper- stapling paper together, TV in background
- phones ringing

Got a Canadian Tire MasterCard and then this....

sounds like Canadian Tire calling... I too just got a card... (cancelled it already)

No name. Didnt answer, no message. Says the call is from Oshawa, Ontario. I too have a canadian tire card. It may be a call center they use to send promos.

I actually started receiving calls after I went to Canadian tire gas station
Got a call earlier didn't answer, found voice mail, went to listen, no talking, I guess whoever it was didn't realize, certainly didn't sound like call centre
Just heard some idiot moan and tv in background
