This number called today, answering machine picked up, they left no message. Caller ID said it was "Minacs Worldwide". Who ever that is,.....I have had no dealings with them!

It's GM customer service. I filled the card after servicing my car, gave bad comments, they called me to see how to make it up, no sales or anything.

This is a number that you would call if you were placing an outgoing call from the 905 area and are using their service in order not to pay for long distance.  The call might be placed by anyone in the 905 regions who pays for the service.
