This is a number that you would call if you were placing an outgoing call from the 905 area and are using their service in order not to pay for long distance.  The call might be placed by anyone in the 905 regions who pays for the service.

This company is calling the USA to clients on the Do Not Call List, which is a illegal. It doesn't matter who the originator of the call is, they need to identify who they are. All the person says is Oh I've reached the wrong number, how do they know who they are calling. Stop the Stupidity!

This is minacs in Oshawa. GM used to be out of there, but now they've moved to another building, so likely they have another number now. Onstar is there, cnh, drive clean, and drive test. They only call people that have called there first, typically, so if you get a call that you aren't expecting, chances are it is error or by an employee on their break.

It's GM customer service. I filled the card after servicing my car, gave bad comments, they called me to see how to make it up, no sales or anything.
