You owe Capital One money!  That is why!  I can't believe people who wonder why they are being called, but are too afraid of a stranger on the other end to pick up the phone.  PICK IT UP, MORON!  If it is a collector, tell them that the person they are asking for has died and left this earth owing you and everyone else a ton of cash.  Tell him to just get in line.  When they ask for a death certificate tell them that you are not related, don't know where their family is located, but if they find out to please call you back as you want to hit them up for cash too!  Then ask them how the Hell did they get your number in the first place?  Answer the phone!  They aren't going to bite you.  You can always hang up and not answer again, just the same as you are doing now.
