Repeated calls.  Fake!  Do NOT Answer!

They keep calling when I called back they had the wrong information on me so it wasn't even correct and said it was for a Sears Visa Card...I did not know Sears had a Visa card and told them I have no account with Sears. I now have her home number as listed above if they do not stop calling I may resort to calling her and demanding payment for my home phone bill from her cause she is the only one that keeps calling. I was concerned at first and had no idea what was going on...after reading these and other posts I am not so concerned now and have all documentation for any payments I may owe anyone..so they can go where ever these idiots should go.

Blatant misrepresentation...caller advised this was a "law Office" (no name mentioned)....in reality a credit card company. I CONSIDER THIS A FRAUDLENT ACT....as well as harassment. ?Would like action taken against such malpractice.

yea theyre called me probably 25 times im gonna file a harrasment charge on them XD

I have been called by this number and am reluctant to call it back until I know where and who it came from.  Thank you for your help.
