I've been harassed by this number on and off for over 2 years. It was quiet for a year and has once again for some reason started up again.  It's a company, claiming to be from Natalia Law Offices who have purchased the accounts from a credit card company. They claim to be representing Capital One. Their tactics are verbally and psychologically abusive and they will not send out any documentation they claim to have on you.  Just plain verbal bully tactic pressures.  If you try to resolve whatever the issue is they bring up, they become even more abusive and demanding.  I'm sure I received over 100 calls the first time around in a short time period of a couple of months. I couldn't get it to stop.

They call both my home and cell phone at the same time. Even funnier, home phone in my name and cell phone in hubby's name. What's up with that? My home voice mail is full and I don't care so they leave messages on cell to call a law office (no name or what firm) in a very rude tone or press any key now to be connected. They call almost every day and sometimes more than once.

I keep getting these calls as well.  I don't answer if I don't recognize the number so it goes to voicemail, where of course it is a male voice on a recording stating that it is a law office(didn't name the law office) and it is an urgent matter.First off, I went to school for the legal field and if a lawyers' firm is calling, they will leave the name of the firm and the contacts name.  I find that this is totally ridiculous.  I have to agree with the aforementioned, Send me proof of moneys owing and I will deal with it that way.  I give no pertinent information over the phone especially when I am not sure who it is.

I also received a call from these people, they called from this number, but wanted me to call them back at 1-+1 866-653-1524 (also look up this number), you can try to call back any of these numbers and all you get is an answering machine, (from other people's comments) they try to tell you that you owe money, and that you MUST send it immediately to avoid being taken to court, even if you don't owe anything, her company will harass you until you give in.
